Collection and Storage of Information:

We will collect personal information, including name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, driver’s license number, citation information, and other personal information, which will change from time-to-time, when you register for the course. We keep this information in our customer database.

Your credit/debit card information is never stored. It is used only once for a single transaction and then erased from our system. We record only the last for digits, for use if we need to look up an individual transaction.

Use of Information:

This information is used to provide you with the course you requested;

to provide the court with information about your course completion;
to enable billing and emailing of the Certificate of Completion;
to provide you with information about related products and services;
to improve our web site;
and for systems administration and troubleshooting.

We will not share your personal information with parties outside of our company.

Your Rights:

You may review and approve the information collected upon registration. Upon request, we will change/correct personal information that you say is erroneous.
